After visiting "Name brand" Jewelers or browsing through Kay and Kevin Jewelers, I could not find an engagement ring that screamed my name. I did not want to pick a stock ring or make modifications to a template. I had stumbled upon La Vita Vital Jewelry here on a google search and had no idea what to expect, considering I had never customed anything before. So, my husband and I decided to just walk in one day, where we met Austin. He sat us down in a beautiful office and just listened!! I told him I had a vision and wanted something like this & that. He took notes and informed us on different types of cuts, color grades, and imperfections that go into diamonds and what determines pricing! I loved how open and helpful he was, instantly made us feel comfortable. He rendered a digital design on his computer, and I fell in love all over again! We were nervous about the price based on how luxurious and thorough his service was. However, I will tell you, you get exactly what you are looking for in your price point. It's more of a value than going to Kay Jewelers and the best quality for your money. Lastly, he gave us a complete tour of his facility, and I saw that my ring would be curated 100% in-house by his family and crew. It was truly magical and just felt right. Thank you so much, Austin. Words cannot express how thrilled I am with La Vita Vital. Over the summer, I brought in a diamond to the shop to get an engagement ring created. I was greeted by Chilly who made the entire experience and process of creating a ring as easy as it could be. He listened to what I was thinking for the design and made a few suggestions to amplify the rings appearance. Once we had a design in line in, Chilly kept me up to date with 3D renderings and a wax sample ring to ensure everything everything looked perfect. When it came time to see the final product, to say that Chilly and his team knocked it out of the park is an understatement. The ring is absolutely beautiful and my new fiancé LOVES it.
I cannot wait to work with La Vita Vital again to design the wedding band.
